Fastagger II from Peacock Bros. is Weber Marking Systems latest timber tagging tool designed to staple Synthetic Poly Tags onto timber. This newest model from Weber addresses all of the recent CCA (Copper Chrome Arsenic) requirements imposed by the Australian Government for the tagging of treated timber as well as providing a simple solution to timber yards for the identification and tracking of timber stock.

The Fastagger II is capable of dispensing and applying tags at a rate of over 100 per minute, powered by a direct connection with a compressed air hose. Constructed from one-piece, anodized billet aluminum, this unit will continue to operate reliably in the typically harsh environments encountered at Timber Mills, Treating Plants and Timber Yards.

The Fastagger II comes standard with a host of features including:
• Anti-slip grip handle
• Magazine with 179 staple capacity
• Tether ring to reduce fatigue when using the shock cord
• Easy-action trigger
• Comprehensive operators manual
• Automatic tag cutter
• 6.35mm industrial interchange air coupling

To operate the user simply loads a roll of pre-printed Synthetic Poly Tags, holds the unit against the end of a piece of timber and pulls the trigger. The Fastagger II will automatically staple and cut the tag, then feed the next tag into position ready for immediate use again. This unit is the perfect timber tagging solution for any business that produces, imports or distributes treated timber.

The Fastagger II is designed to provide for a full range of barcoding and lumber product identification needs with the capacity to handle tags of multiple sizes. The tags are quick and easy to interchange out in the yard, further reducing the time taken in completing your tagging requirements. Peacock Bros., can supply a thermal transfer printer, such as the Z4MPlus for in-house printing of the required information onto the tags, or we can print the tags to your specifications for you.
